Seed Program

Our Account Executives are the foundation of our sales team and drive our growth into new markets across the country. In addition to generating revenue, they also take on the responsibility of operations managers, liaisons to our designers, and brand ambassadors.

Our AEs first engage in a twelve-week Sales SEED training program at our headquarters in the heart of New York City. Within these twelve weeks, SEEDs learn valuable sales skills that benefit them throughout their career, develop a network of professional relationships, and learn how to work in a fast-paced environment. Upon completion, Account Executives graduate to a new or existing market where they will continue to represent the H.Bloom brand.
