Since starting H.Bloom in April of 2010, we have grown to serve customers in five cities around the country: New York City, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Dallas. Today, I am excited to announce our ambitious expansion plans. Over the summer, we will be opening H.Bloom operations in Boston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami.
We know we still have plenty of work to do in our current markets to live up to our corporate value – “Each delivery is the only delivery.” We consider ourselves fortunate to have the chance to hand-deliver flower arrangements that bring joy to our corporate and consumer customers each day, and we are hard at work to make the experience consistently delightful. We are investing heavily in software development, training and process-optimization to make sure that each arrangement is exquisite, and that each delivery is on time. While we are expanding our geographic reach, we have also added to the breadth of our offerings. We started H.Bloom with a heavy emphasis on corporate and consumer subscriptions. Today, in addition to these consistent delivery services, we offer one-time gifts, plant installation and maintenance, weddings, and events.
