Substitution and Delivery Policy

H.Bloom strives to provide our clients with the best-in-class service while delivering the most luxurious flowers and plants available. If you are unhappy with the standard and quality of your arrangement, please reach out to as soon as possible.

In order to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner, and based on the availability of certain elements due to but not limited to weather, seasonality, and market conditions, substitutions may be necessary. We will only substitute items of equal or greater value, and the overall style, theme, and color scheme will be preserved and maintained to the greatest extent possible. If the floral vessel shown online is not available, we will use a similar product of equal or greater value as well.

If one of our partners lets us know that your selected delivery date cannot be met, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to inform you of the situation. We will also attempt to deliver your arrangement as soon as possible, unless you promptly let a member of our team know you would prefer a cancellation instead.

If you do not receive a delivery confirmation email within 24 hours of your selected delivery date, please let us know so we can follow up on your order.
