KATHARINE MANNIX
Katharine is H.Bloom’s leader as Director of Sales. She has grown tremendously in her career working through many roles within the company as an account manager and in various sales positions. Katharine loves the creative side of the business and working with a beautiful product. She grew up outside of Philadelphia and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Journalism & Graphic Design. When she's not busy leading the team she enjoys spending her time sailing.
SHAUNA HANSEN
Shauna is H.Bloom's Operations and Florist Network Manager. Shauna started out in Sales and knows the ins and outs of everything H.Bloom. She loves continuing to learn about the gorgeous products we work with and enjoys seeing the beautiful work our team creates. Shauna grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin Madison where she studied Consumer Science. Her favorite flower arrangement includes poppy red-orange dahlias, ranunculus, and seeded eucalyptus.
TAYLOR OWENS
Taylor is H.Bloom’s Lead Tech Developer. Taylor grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee, and also spent time in New York City. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Math and Computer Science. What Taylor loves most about working at H.Bloom is the great group of people he interacts with every day. On the weekends, you can find him hanging out with his dog or going on early morning hikes.
KELSEY BUTSON
Kelsey is our Sales Manager based out of Chicago. Kelsey loves the surprise and delight of working in the floral industry. Her favorite floral arrangement includes various textures in all shades of pink with interesting leaf work. Kelsey grew up in Pearl City, IL, and graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. When Kelsey isn’t working, she’s traveling or planning her next trip abroad. KELLEY DILLAVOU
Kelley is our West Coast Regional Sales Manager based out of San Francisco. Kelley loves working in the floral industry and brings such positivity and creativity to our team. Kelley grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Nutritional Sciences. Her dream flower arrangement consists of orchids, ranunculus, fringe tulips, and succulents; something similar to H.Bloom's Citrus Savvy! ANNETTE GALAVIZ
Annette is our Senior Account Executive in Los Angeles. Annette is extremely creative and loves working alongside our floral designers to dream up unique and new ideas for our clients. Annette is from Fontana, California, and attended the University of California Riverside earning her degree in Communications. ALEXIS HOWELL
Alexis is H.Bloom's Corporate Account Manager. She loves working with our customers and has learned a tremendous amount about flowers and plants since joining the company. If she had to pick just one style of arrangement she would go with a wild garden design featuring roses and ranunculus. Alexis was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and attended the University of Louisville receiving her degree in Psychology and Studio Art. KAYLEE KISHI
Kaylee is H.Bloom's Customer Experience and Partner Relations Lead, with a background in floral design. She graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Art History and Studio Art, and later earned a Digital Marketing certificate as well. She prefers lush garden-style designs with her favorite flowers being garden roses, snapdragons, and scabiosa. SIDNEY CONTE
Sidney is our Order Success Associate, dedicated to making sure our orders are successfully executed on each and every delivery. Sidney is passionate about keeping our customers happy and has over 10 years of customer service and finance experience. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter enjoying the Florida sunshine. Sidney believes a beautiful flower arrangement is the perfect sentiment for any occasion and she especially loves any arrangement with dahlias.
