What is H.Bloom and how does it work?

Thank you for asking! Feel free to visit our About Us page for more information, but we are a luxury e-commerce company providing both floral and plant services nationwide. On our website you can find a variety of products which can be ordered for delivery - such as floral arrangements, freshly wrapped bundles, and gift items such as plants or sweet treats. We also offer corporate gifting and subscription services, which you can learn more about here. 

Where’s your shop? 

Our offices are located in New York City, but we do have nationwide presence via our network of trusted designers. As for our storefront, we are an e-commerce company so our shop is entirely online and we ask that you place all your orders through our secure and safe website. We recommend using Chrome, FireFox, or Safari when placing orders to get the most out of your experience.

I received an order without a message; How can I find out who sent it to me?

We hope that you love your flowers! We are happy to assist here. Send us an email at customerexperience@hbloom.com with your name and address and we'll look into it for you right away. Please note that because of our privacy policy we will need to contact the sender for permission to provide their information.   

Can you provide flowers or plant installations for Events and Weddings? 

Absolutely! Please email us the details about your upcoming event to hbloom@hbloom.com. We kindly ask for at least two weeks lead time prior to the date of your event. Please note: we will consider all inquiries but we do have minimums for events and weddings.

What corporate services do you provide?

We provide nationwide floral and plant services for restaurants, retail spaces, storefronts, buildings, and hotel lobbies. We also provide corporate gifting, and will work with you to create a custom campaign. Please visit our Business Solutions or Gifting Campaign pages to submit your request. 

How do I make sure my plants or flowers last a long time?

Will my arrangement look like the photo?

Our floral designers are always striving to re-create our website designs with the most beautiful and fresh flowers available to them. Sometimes this means that the end result will not look exactly like the photo, but we can assure you it will be designed as close as possible to the image.

Please keep in mind that our "Designer's Choice" arrangements, in particular, are not intended to look exactly like the photos since there is more freedom for the designer to create according to their skills, expertise, and what is the most fresh.

 Arrangement Size Guidelines

All of our arrangements will vary slightly, with most of our designs being arranged in a low, 5 inch wide glass vase. With flowers included they will measure to about 10-12 inches all the way around.  

Our designer's choice arrangements come in three different sized vases, depending upon their given price range:

  1. Signature: 4 inch vase
  2. Grand: 5 inch vase
  3. Luxe: 6 inch vase

Order Process

Can I customize my order? 

Yes! If you are interested in a custom arrangement please reach out to hbloom@hbloom.com and we will connect you with one of our amazing sales representatives. 

Can I change or edit my order after placing the order? 

Please contact us at customerexperience@hbloom.com or call us at 800-860-0928 if you need to make any changes to your order. Please keep in mind that if your delivery date is less than three days away it can be more difficult to make changes, but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Refer to our cancellation policy here, as we do indicate that all sales are final which means orders are non-refundable. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a replacement arrangement if anything should happen to the original order. Please note that we will work with you on a solution to resolve the issue.

How can I track my order? 

For an update on the status of your order, please reach out to customerexperience@hbloom.com with your order number so that we can look into it for you. If you ordered a directship product (such as our fresh stems collections or any of our non-floral products) we will be happy to provide you with the tracking number, but otherwise our products are hand-delivered, rather than shipped, to ensure freshness.

Please note: local hand-delivery occurs from 8am-6pm. 

Can I order from Overseas?

We happily accept orders from all around the world. Keep in mind that If you are ordering from overseas we just ask that you provide a United States phone number for the recipient, as our products can only be delivered in the United States.
